1. Acceptance

By using Codelit.io, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The Service

Codelit.io is an AI-powered system architecture simulator. You describe systems, we generate interactive diagrams. The service is provided "as is" — we don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or availability of any specific AI model.

3. Your Content

You own your architectures. We don't claim ownership of anything you create. Shared architectures are accessible via their permalink to anyone with the link. We don't use your content to train AI models.

4. Accounts

You can use Codelit without an account (limited to 5 generations/day). Signing in via Google or GitHub gives you 10/day and session saving. You're responsible for your account security.

5. Free & Pro Tiers

Free tier has usage limits. Pro ($5/mo) unlocks unlimited generations, premium AI models, and advanced exports. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. API Keys

If you provide your own API keys (OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic), they're stored locally in your browser. We never send your keys to our servers. You're responsible for any charges from your API provider.

7. Prohibited Use

Don't use Codelit to generate architectures for illegal purposes, attempt to reverse-engineer the service, or abuse the API rate limits.

8. Limitation of Liability

Codelit is a design tool, not engineering advice. Don't deploy architectures to production without proper review. We're not liable for any damages from using AI-generated suggestions.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
