Deliver a result into everyday tools
Turn an approved finding into an unsent email draft and one reviewed tracker row, with exact approval and no automatic sending.
Design starter · Live setup required · No verified live run
Use in my threadBefore you start
This is a design starter, not a verified live automation. The example output is illustrative. No provider run has been verified for this pack.
- Planning needs no connection. Creating a real draft or row requires a connected Google Workspace account with only the scopes those operations use.
- In the linked example workflow, the only write is an unsent Gmail draft that uses the compose scope. Appending a tracker row needs the spreadsheets scope, so enable that operation separately before treating it as available. Access is revocable, and delivery stops when it is withdrawn.
- Nothing is sent automatically. A draft stays unsent until a person sends it, and an approved past message is not permission to write a changed future message. This pack does not enable a schedule.
Start with this brief
Create a Product Plan for delivering a finished report into everyday tools. Start with one approved summary, one unsent email draft to a named recipient, and one appended row in a tracker spreadsheet with a fixed column mapping. Keep every write manual until I approve the exact destination and content. Include acceptance criteria, handling for a write with an unknown outcome, and an audit trail. Ask about the recipient, the sheet columns, and the account scope before assuming them. Do not send, schedule, or publish anything yet.
What a useful result looks like
A delivery brief naming one recipient, one tracker column mapping, a draft-first email flow, and an explicit rule that approving content is not proof of delivery. Every write is expected to return a provider receipt, and an unknown outcome is reconciled before any repeat attempt.
- A created draft returns a provider identifier and appears unsent in the selected account
- An appended row matches the reviewed column mapping exactly once
- A write with an unknown outcome is reported as unknown until provider evidence is checked
- Editing the content or destination invalidates the earlier approval
- Revoked access stops delivery and preserves the unsent result
From plan to useful work
Use the existing Google Workspace coordinator for one scoped read and one approved draft after reviewing its render-and-approve steps. It pauses on the exact action and is not an autonomous sender; the tracker row is a separate operation you connect and review yourself.
- Review the Product Plan and replace the sample scope with your own requirements.
- Inspect the connected Architecture starter. Ask Codelit to adapt it to your approved scope; these starters do not automatically synchronize edits.
- Try one bounded task with your real inputs. Review connections, costs, permissions, and evidence before enabling recurring work or approving any external action.
When something goes wrong
Keep the existing evidence and resolve the specific blocker before retrying.
- If a write times out, treat the outcome as unknown. Check the account's drafts, sent mail, or the sheet revision before offering a repeat write.
- If the selected account, recipient, or spreadsheet is wrong or unreachable, stop and confirm the exact destination instead of writing to a guessed target.
- If a recipient or column mapping is missing, return the draft and the unanswered question rather than inventing an address, owner, or value.
Measure whether it helps
These are proposed measures, not claims about observed customer results.
- Provider-confirmed deliveries classified by actual effect
- Duplicate-write rate across retries and reloads
- Approvals that failed destination verification
- Time from approved result to a usable draft or row
